Service Description

2 hours of testing and get your baseline to improve your physical ability. Ever thought you needed a programme tailored to you and your needs as a goalkeeper but didn't know where to start? We are offering a great opportunity to answer that question. What will be tested? Speed: 5m, 10m sprint Agility: 5/10/5 Power: Countermovement Jump, Drop Jump, Broad Jump, Single Leg Hop Muscle Capacity: Hamstring Bridge, Calf Raise, Push-Up Aerobic Power: 5 minute MAX WattBike If you are young and inexperienced or experienced but want to find out more then this is a great opportunity to find out a few physical measurements. These very simple but vital tests will inform the trainers where your strengths and weaknesses are so they can best address where to pitch your programme. Programmes are available from Locker27 expert coaches following the assessment at their charge. Timings: 10-12pm Locker 27, Addlestone (Weybridge).
