6 Week Strength and Conditioning Programme
WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE PROGRAMME INCLUDE AND WHO IS IT FOR?
Each programme consists of 2x Gym Sessions and 2x On Pitch Conditioning Sessions.
The gym sessions are designed to build general strength, core stability, and strengthen specific goalkeeper movements and likely weaknesses. The conditioning sessions are there so you can perform through your training sessions repeatedly without breaking down. It also will aid efficiency of movement and your ability to change direction quickly.
The programmes are for any age over 14 and we recommend that new gym goers seek supervision.
